Nutrition - Make Every Calorie Count!

Nutrition Tips...

Favorite Breakfast!

1/4 cup whole oats
1/4 cup kashi go lean cereal
1/2 to 3/4 cup fat free vanilla soy milk
small handful of walnuts

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Combine first 4 ingredients. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Blueberries and enjoy!

Options- omit walnuts stir in 1 Tbls. peanut butter.
              Add 1 Tbls. ground flax seed

Remember I believe you should always eat breakfast!
